SPARQ Training

We welcome all current and future FFC players committed to one of our teams for the 2017/18 season to our SPARQ training.

Freedom and Nike SPARQ training is Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness.

This is for both our boys and girls players of all ages. Some teams plan together and come as a team. 

Please be on time, wear running, cross training shoes and bring lots of water.
